Wednesdays

Wednesday is the new Friday:

I get so excited every Wednesday. My Advanced Accounting class is done for the week, I get to have coffee with Bridget and Oliver the next morning and Hulu airs a new episode of Hell's Kitchen at midnight.

I've found myself in the pleasant routine, after A.A. (advanced accounting), of winding down with a glass of Merlot, crackers and any sort of soft cheese. Then I watch old Hells Kitchen episodes until I can't keep my eyes open any longer.

The next morning, I get up early and cram for my Cost Accounting class, then I meet Bridget and Finn at the Red Twig for a half hour. After that, I head to Cost Accounting and learn how to determine budgets and pricing models for manufacturing firms (which is actually really fun if you enjoy Word problems).

In other news, both interviews went really well. I'm trying not to expect anything so I don't get too disappointed if i'm not selected. But...you never know. I'll be happy either way, because if I AM hired I will most definitely be working overtime for tax season. On the other hand, I can't wait to officially be an accountant.
