As you can see the right half of the cupcake represents a prehistoric nuclear winter that occured after the comet hit the earth, the colorful sprinkles on top and about the water represent the comet itself and other orbital matter. To the left are the dinosaurs: dead and dying. And if you look close, you are able to see dino-blood, represented by miniature red-sprinkles.
