sitting here tonight, sipping chamomile tea, gazing in awe at the rainbow cutting perfectly perpendiculary into the puget sound, i am reminded of how greatly we are cared for..
and then I began to think of all of the silly things i've feared throughout my life:
wheat bread
hand stamps (my mother cautioned me before I entered kindergarten to not accept stamps on my hand, as she suspected they may be laced with drugs!)
lead poisoning
uncles
the karate kid
sleepovers
dogs
eyebrow waxing
saying no
water in my ears
elevators
and rollerblading
... ah things to smile about

Hi Sharon...
Just doing a little browsing today and needed to say: you crack me up.
Oh, we are indeed silly creatures! (I remember hearing about drugs in the stamp ink too!)
