Sunday morning: wake up at 5am
Sunday night: go to bed at 2am
Monday morning: wake up at 6:50am
Monday night: go to bed at 10pm
Tuesday morning: wake up at 5:50 am
Tuesday night: go to bed at 4am
Wednesday morning: get up at 9:30am, nap from 11-2
Wednesday night: go to bed at 11pm
Thursday morning: get up at 6am
this means that since saturday i have slept 28 hours over the last four nights...which averages out to 7 hours of sleep per night.... not bad, especially since people who sleep 6-7 hours a night live longer!!! (statistically of course)

... but "averages" hold no authority here, they are completely irrelevant. If I slept for 48 hours straight and then didn't sleep for 6 days, my average might be fine, but my brain wouldn't. Stability, little one, Sta-bill-a-tee. Otherwise, you might become a narcaleptic... and NOBODY likes a narcaleptic, believe me.
